You are right, Facing History seeks to complicate, not confuse, and to help teachers (and their students) to question simple &quot;answers&quot; and solutions and the comfort and certainty which accompany them. Particularly in stressful times simple answers are appealing so being able to sit with/tolerate the dis-ease of complexity is challenging. You put it beautifully!! Peace, Karen</description>
